Why do the other languages cost so much?
This is an industry wide practice. Foreign languages are just more expensive simply because the voice talent rates are higher.
How do I add the files to my system?
Because every system is different, the process varies.
You may need to contact your service provider.
They will inform you of the format required and also instruct you on how to add the files to your system.
Why don’t my files sound like the samples on your site?
Certain audio formats are low-bandwidth, which is required for all telephone systems. We agree that this format can sound less than great when played through normal speakers but is perfectly acceptable when played over a telephone line.
